I am Holly, your MCC Baker. I have a passion for baking cheesecakes, especially minis as they are just the right portion whether you love desserts or if you are watching your waistline!

For many years I have been baking cheesecakes for my friends and family. Over the years of practice perfecting the ultimate mini cheesecakes, I have managed to make many happy clients.

After a recent health scare, I realized that LIFE REALLY IS SHORT...EAT THE CHEESECAKE!!
